Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500. & F" G3 c4 Z! \# x" W' j- `; N 8 e P( Y2 {/ t* E, \+ S, q" W6 |BTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right?
