: p. Q& A, S! E( L$ v" z! yAssists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)) a2 ?0 @% _. w
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
2 P7 q/ _) v8 r- Z$ J7 PPerforms other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
6 M/ z6 ]7 P% b0 j; g0 VDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
( z5 X/ ?" ? F$ n: P8 [/ b! WSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
/ o) b; f* ]6 S a+ D' S! FKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
