4 v" ]& b2 j* G& O■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
& ?8 M$ a; Y5 e8 ^& l■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
$ g1 w$ Q& \+ Z: R- {■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
; r0 T% b7 _- `- vExperience and Education:8 s7 p3 \. k/ b! X! o3 W
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
' M8 B* T' [" u/ x, z. M■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.' n4 h- ~5 a [, _
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.7 N: e5 p" I: H7 o
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;6 M. A1 J" g# {$ w
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
* P" _% `9 V, W( [( \■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.4 L7 f$ x: A$ G
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
