Responsibilities
# M+ A% }8 c1 l# n8 n7 b  d/ \. p■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
+ w* v( {0 g2 [& N■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
/ h0 L, E1 v4 B% I/ D/ g" n■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
' \% v" V+ h" w1 \' i+ w■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
5 ~* ?! O( ^9 K/ y■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
) ^% D6 {' Y* y8 G" R9 y■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
