Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.% F8 b0 r _' u5 h; a
8 l/ |( o4 A X5 S) U4 h"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
