The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

$ U# b" a8 S3 Y8 ?This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required ^/ v6 k% D! U5 K$ u' z* _6 N
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:" o6 U/ X% X' {
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
' O8 y n/ G# c" ?8 w+ C6 d• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits- N% W* e5 \1 P
• Input and manage high volume of data
4 g, H% e+ |" a9 s0 u• Update and maintain databases! g; Q- ], c6 M% X! ~2 @- _+ b
• Generate monthly reports and statistics7 G# N8 c- W3 h. X% T( W3 X
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation; M: l- W0 E+ a7 S( `" J, S
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits( i% I5 G, c8 b. A9 ~
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms; E' ~1 w8 Z6 q& f" q( T0 G
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients' D. q m% E4 q6 O- q

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure$ V6 Y, C0 ^6 ^. H
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 9 @& B# u/ N1 r/ E; |0 A
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ?2 |- v3 X9 C* x( n
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work2 G8 r A. n: x
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
) ]. ?6 r1 V+ M/ ^" e• Strong customer service skills/ J: M) K7 y" x, z8 T
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
