Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 0 S H( s+ V) y- _: |7 J: f
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 2 w4 F6 S& v) n6 @
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ! m3 i: w W& E
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
. H# V* c! R7 ?* R! m1 Dyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
) h( F( h4 b1 n2 [in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
4 I. K6 g$ s3 g. w) m' x% I# H7 g' ~$ oare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, & D. [9 J$ G. }
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be . C9 _4 \8 K6 q0 {. a
accountable to the project coordinator. " h# `2 B4 G/ w2 i* S% _
6 E( S; E y2 @! v' N
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
7 A3 O g1 \5 I; w1 S% ]' F) o+ r; Rschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
) V1 r( z5 v Q: M( S& g5 p1 Cdesirable.

Qualifications
& d+ a3 C4 Q0 S18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
1 h3 a0 Z5 _: b( SKeen ability to organize and lead & Q$ P4 P5 _% B& L- X
Regular attendance at meetings
+ ^( @1 A0 k& C/ XRelate well with other youth and adults
! k( ~, D4 l) @4 ?/ `/ \Willing to be mentored and trained 1 p' V# [- _) _0 Z E4 }! @3 d* b
