Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 5 [* N: _) V4 h7 k, i
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 4 D% e: N- a3 w, T, D) {+ ?! j
their development.

6 \9 _6 H$ n3 _1 u8 I) fTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first : g6 Y/ f8 q/ z
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
% I8 n5 V% o1 l9 hEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
: @& d$ k0 q1 u' ~youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
* \2 |0 K/ W4 r& r9 R Zin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You Q* Z4 j& ]9 V# R; M
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ( w& V. y( M4 @8 p) D/ n6 g1 {; k
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
$ G/ h8 v p% @ B$ caccountable to the project coordinator.
7 \5 [2 d- [) R* ^! I; A2 z 6 K/ L+ K V/ Q: A
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
, \, Y- H' C6 x( I% i+ d# n2 K$ qschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
. C" u; X+ o, h) @18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 8 o U4 u6 Z: T) `( f4 t0 w
Keen ability to organize and lead ' v; ^& t* e+ b. i3 t/ Y J- f
Regular attendance at meetings , }& Q J: y& I- A' x
Relate well with other youth and adults
