Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
/ x" @( Y, I; Q' n4 a' z1 q# G$ U7 b2 [services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
( N% ` w* `9 ]# ^/ Htheir development.

4 j; F; F0 u1 YTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
9 w" V' t5 c. g' e$ q8 vhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
: v$ n; w' p; Y# _; a; H6 K2 d6 ]% @Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
' O- x, R( ~) `$ L& x: E# jyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved - R' D; `1 C! L% d% H
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 8 V+ s# ^( m$ ~ k* p+ O
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
7 t% P: _ n" K v" F/ u* ~# E abalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be : l1 `5 w, U1 [; B3 M6 U1 p
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
! s, J/ {. ^ o/ g& @9 _/ ^schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
. V; ]' \" n0 B$ t/ a# ndesirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 9 Y8 C( ]; ?+ D* N
Keen ability to organize and lead : v5 l" _5 p3 J6 c, c
Regular attendance at meetings 2 v, F9 K: a; X$ Z; c* e
Relate well with other youth and adults $ K+ Q. _8 p1 g9 t) q5 q; L/ _; s
Willing to be mentored and trained
