Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
( U" u" p. w, `# }7 H, \services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 3 v5 O; l! }0 Z3 z/ e! \

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ' m, d, R$ {' x9 `
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth - L7 u6 f# z o' S0 n& ]/ X" P
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
0 S) S/ q: m+ @youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
' e) m7 x/ o( V* Cin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
! Q" @. A5 [ Nare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ) W$ A7 M+ z' m0 ~% J
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 1 S8 Y/ z+ ^. M- ^
accountable to the project coordinator.
$ Z+ N$ J3 {1 N6 a6 ] B2 u
8 B' ~* t# I5 S. N7 ^1 yThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own % H: P; ]! j; P
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is # L3 d. p& F& L- d' m3 t
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Relate well with other youth and adults
