# i1 A1 Z9 Z- ^! ?# z8 B6 v! rTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
$ A3 q% u4 x) R7 U5 [hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
" S4 \3 v5 J3 GEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# ?3 c! b* ?4 L) r% r# ]5 u! Ryouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
' E8 Q7 F+ f3 Bare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
0 }2 P8 k' ~7 D9 abalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

# H% x8 o+ k. t, e" Y3 TThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
' Q( I2 Z% }/ h- Fdesirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
% F0 p/ b5 {) @# E0 X. }. rWilling to be mentored and trained

2 x* U/ S2 m3 m, p5 u# u/ h% D1 \$15 per hour plus benefits
