services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing + B8 o/ w, M: {2 o! g& W1 L' F
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
$ U; G7 ^9 q g4 thand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
R3 o+ J2 G) a4 q6 OEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
6 ?* t% W U5 M! T: Eyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ' t; E2 r% A( e6 L8 c9 K, e
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You " c8 ]- V, B$ V4 W
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ; Q* A: I& z! `# c
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be ) ^ P: K3 e1 O/ ^) a* S+ b: T. M" F; }2 |
accountable to the project coordinator. + q8 |4 ~7 z7 `$ \1 s7 [" m
r) V: a/ a) {4 M c7 v0 d- W
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
& d6 j4 {; K7 ^schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
+ B8 j: ]% N, L( P; ~1 g' sdesirable. 7 u& ~# F1 c5 j) h) m
& W1 v+ i8 P$ \7 J yQualifications
) c" t9 p* W( J% x# g- o18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
* T% L, f1 W- v5 AKeen ability to organize and lead / b, G9 D; C+ e4 ^3 W8 S
Regular attendance at meetings
7 O' G0 W7 e6 q$ N9 \Relate well with other youth and adults
( O2 ?2 h$ K$ _* K1 _0 |Willing to be mentored and trained
