Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach % U U0 ~ W2 F* W8 |0 u
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 4 Q% C# u/ I R" c2 e4 ^/ j! u, z9 z
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
1 G* D6 j- Z) c' A4 Z2 W* [; Ghand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ! f# L' X I% B" m* [( j
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# u2 o) I E) K% G% \- j6 {youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
I0 o P* d3 w W- Tin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
& |* Y7 x! v1 |1 b: Mare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
2 R: b9 b1 h# |4 c& J) ?* Xbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
$ t, k, g" l* J; ~3 G' _+ b# x( s' Oaccountable to the project coordinator.
) c( f; ?- j5 M9 t9 T
6 I' ]6 d4 R$ E# P* K3 H- o8 FThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
5 C6 L" r8 F2 o7 o) ^7 [schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
& ^0 H L( U7 i) E- Zdesirable.

Qualifications
# O+ s/ U: ~/ ^! e- G/ k0 V18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
6 y3 V ]7 x$ n; K5 l) m& OKeen ability to organize and lead + r% n3 @' k0 m( n- f
Regular attendance at meetings & k; }$ m# ]- i; n' V
Relate well with other youth and adults
