Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

9 g1 d( k) s# x5 L. H+ VTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
+ ]/ D! c/ r" a2 Q/ Wyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 P; {/ S0 i) T# F( nare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
, ?  m3 m; o4 jbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
% X4 j( S3 Y  {schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
1 I! p% G+ m$ F, r4 j" j18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
& n( e- I, l0 u- O( l, r& TRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
; ]: I" c- V, [1 n. {Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
( b' B; b& h; c- T1 K, {$15 per hour plus benefits
