Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
7 n0 g8 j4 S: x+ O+ ?services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
6 u0 C' P1 p6 Htheir development.

9 e1 S& d, f; T8 F# }5 ?+ e8 OTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
3 q: L/ o' @$ B  c3 D3 w- sare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
' {1 L5 l4 u* ]1 x2 dbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

& d* s% g$ J0 KThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
# F9 x" a# x+ `7 z3 {/ \2 R+ r9 `schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
& l& S1 n" v+ B1 B7 _18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
$ E+ L' |# w5 S: r4 Q" [Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
3 q, o! f' B, X! z: ~9 N$ D& ~Willing to be mentored and trained
