Job Description:

- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
# b s& o6 \3 c# o4 E) g- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
- F+ v: y) p* |$ e" u- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
+ n1 m+ G+ o% r% k) W: n, H- Balance credit card machine
& Q$ b6 `/ G7 H1 W4 H- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments ) V5 Y+ l- r1 N' |
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
4 u' X& _% P8 c. U- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment/ p0 ?4 u7 c+ h
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards 4 I7 g I5 _" P$ t; S1 A
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Managers + M/ |) G* O$ g4 X; v) x
Skills/Requirements:
8 U# ?% U6 E1 x9 n- Completion of High School1 t# x9 l* E+ P5 y2 {
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills x, p9 B; A, t, ]* U. H. d
- Good computer skills
s. n' \4 A2 }5 m- K5 F( c) G- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment& S4 Z6 i# l- x1 g; P, b) f
- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills 9 \9 V- U4 H/ g* e" t

- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
