Job Description
1 k$ X% G: ^, x" _4 \6 y/ K$ f* \•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
( @/ w& y8 i, r) W  G7 |. j•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& ^; j0 X/ @" Q. L•        Serve food and beverages
: Y- H" M3 a! k7 V, m•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& O" R8 r- L/ I4 N•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
4 f7 H* D: H. s# n" q9 n( ^•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
: Q6 O& [1 k0 I% E2 k6 |8 w+ `) x•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
$ M6 j: c$ X" e•        Completion of secondary school is required
9 }" |9 ]# x- Q•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
3 n. D! o8 A7 C8 z•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
