) j% |" B* D, B) j# w; s•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
, v# P: v: t% \) E, k•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
: l+ I2 M$ s# s' u2 t# `•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
% Q5 c! q3 X+ A. D: j& N! L7 C•        Banquet room set up/tear down
$ p7 |) e5 H& B2 \) `/ r( P•        Cleaning of work area
; n% b5 H# o# e6 e" E8 i  E! H•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
5 c- ]: X( |7 X# \•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
! x! o6 {, s+ }•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
  S) P. L$ E" M; Q•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
