•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
/ h( {/ A$ n3 q! \8 K7 a( }•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
! l  C: x1 _; A$ l6 a; Y& A•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& M' J% K9 q$ _7 C9 m•        Serve food and beverages
8 @3 O4 L3 c* {•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
0 F! k* X1 h! j6 h; x& f) T, q- u•        Banquet room set up/tear down
" z$ X3 }- Q9 d9 u6 N/ C•        Cleaning of work area
  w$ p- I" c) p' @- c1 R•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required

•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
8 Y* d( N: y% L! Z9 r( D4 |•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
) R  \: Y8 ?6 \: q  ^4 ]( |/ |•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

; R$ n  w8 X0 S3 a$ E•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
