Job Description
' j; ~+ w( U+ Q1 x: U. f' r•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
/ ~% c. l$ O3 ?•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
" K! E" ^( Q* L5 V; E) ]•        Serve food and beverages
  a7 Z( J# O  B: A( v•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
1 z3 o- Z) r7 X! M, r$ A; V•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
! p: o/ U" Y& R•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
6 E9 G3 x/ o4 s0 p3 ^•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
