•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
7 O# }; N+ {+ G2 y* V& L6 ~•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
* R3 x- G8 T5 @5 f0 l•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
* R/ p0 W+ K8 a+ N•        Cleaning of work area
+ T% T0 Q# ]; I0 q9 j•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
, D1 a: K# y& |•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
' @0 }" `- D2 r2 E6 L5 D, K•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
4 B" p8 O+ w+ I, g4 M( }* t3 O•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
