Duties
" R* Z( U2 T# USupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
/ [4 |) w+ U7 \Modifies forms and reports according to client specifications5 A; ?7 t' I" ]" ]
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts4 ~9 B: g; v1 x/ ^
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
" s, _, j# ]% P: K+ k& ZQualifications# R7 V- r' t/ f5 q# ^
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
4 {" r8 j/ r; z; X7 h/ R5 f. W" J- @Several years related experience in a similar environment
7 e% P H- S0 U7 o; KKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
7 \' S! Z6 u! f! W. PKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset: `: F% g( P* t" i6 e$ b2 W
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
