edmonton最高的condo fee

想请教edmonton最高的condo fee 是多少啊，听一个朋友说他们的condo fee 2室一厅的单condo fee 一个月要达到800多，有可能吗？只是一般的高楼在市中心附近，不是新房，大概70，80年代的吧。

- A9 Y" U0 Y# N. G9 x! S' H" n85万到110万的有7个，32万到60万的有5个。
但十几万到20几万的有4个。

大多数近2000SF的居住面积，有一个3200SF，高楼风景，也算是优势吧

Magrath所有卖过的Duplexes：大多数Duplex现在的CondoFee是$100~110，只有一个是$153。360平米的地。不知是不是7楼问得最豪华的Duplex。

那就是说1000多square feet 的房子一般来说，不可能有800多的condo fee ，是吗？
