Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
( `# W7 ?# f$ N+ B+ L3 s9 y6 RExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
0 A# |- a1 @1 G2 K0 r" wAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
7 f! H$ h+ B% p6 z; u1 cExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
# M0 ~% E5 {( x8 H4 f/ DComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
