Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus " `; O' j7 P9 |3 ~
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities 4 X( W, w3 V8 d, Q8 g
Computer proficiency
; g: F h& s z5 DStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills & S4 G! V E" K- }( G0 p
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories : C W$ ]7 }# _( W' P. G
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities 0 L n, ]5 s. b9 \; }; |$ W
Display positive self-concept
