Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
, t/ e4 F7 X2 X3 y& q1 dExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
, c7 }" f1 t; W9 G E" ?1 {4 AExcellent communication and negotiation skills ' C5 Z( p1 g" s5 c7 }4 @2 u. E
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments ! c) i& T+ @9 W, d# e
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market2 w/ P/ A9 G4 M
