Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
- _/ w. G6 @! M' A* hUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
& E  c$ k1 X' g4 ~+ w! YExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  J, `- S$ _6 g% O+ SExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
