Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 5 ?) w" k7 Q) J) y# ~* y0 M
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 7 S/ C3 [) d$ G- F6 m7 w$ B
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
0 r1 m( D9 @, _' P7 x9 AExcellent communication and negotiation skills
0 E/ X% a4 w7 {0 c, r3 V' YExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
