I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
1 t8 ?4 ]& e3 ^8 A8 OMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
* D* @7 [: N$ g" aWithin this role you will be responsible for:
) B3 B- V# j! y3 T  k3 I•        Processing payroll
•        Preparing reports
; v* i+ ^: \. {3 f& J7 A# R1 o•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
- j, H9 e2 p0 {8 V' _+ {•        Accounting side of payroll

8 A4 p% q! E( p$ d  ^, TTo be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
, r6 u  a9 p6 D" I, w•        Union experience
/ F' _3 D, Z2 q! ]- [•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
7 \$ ^. B% g, U) v4 O/ c+ j; r•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

& d+ p, Z9 d- s* ^& ]( l6 B) YI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
! A( K$ e4 b2 B: r1 ?, j4 WYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
