Do you have 1 – 2 years of hands-on applied payroll experience under your belt?
I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
$ O2 b( K& K" v# A% v- EWithin this role you will be responsible for:
- a% S( ^: ~( b+ |9 u: ~•        Processing payroll
0 _* z7 v* ~2 \5 V4 u$ n0 H& A* f+ x•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
8 H) \6 G$ \0 D) h5 d•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll

To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
1 K( {  e" e$ ^•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
+ b6 H6 A8 H2 e2 T3 \* z•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
2 w% m! I9 n& s  H4 T3 C•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

6 U9 ]0 O  o/ FI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
