I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
( `  l! N# S0 jMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
3 n: W" |) T" t' ^Within this role you will be responsible for:
" c# Z/ p: F' ?•        Processing payroll
6 Q/ d6 ]4 S; j1 E( q9 L3 c•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
+ L* W2 Z6 q: a* n8 O•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll
% G: P, `1 S# Q6 ^  T9 q
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
  p2 h3 d: m8 P! `: K' l•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
* P+ C4 Q. K1 o$ @( H
$ X& o0 y7 d+ X$ U: ?I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
, n' `/ v/ R  R) o% r+ G; G& p' SYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
