夏天来了，选sunscreen注意事项

昨天再电视上看到讲如何选择sunscreen？觉得很实用
5 G0 h! J7 E* R  S. K' \大概的意思就是 spf指数不是最重要的，30就好了，可以cover 96%，大于30以后的功效也就增加1%－2%。
" e; m. m' o- W/ @最主要的还是看是否uva/uvb都防，这个很重要，因为uva , uvb都会对皮肤造成伤害。SPF指数只是方UVB的但是防UVA也很重要。所有要看说明。
- a; |& O" J% m4 t4 e3 G另外就是用量，专家指出平常大家的用量也只用了1/4，所以远远不够，而且用量不够跟不用区别不是很大。所以大家一定要在用量上加筹码。我看示范用了一勺子也才一个胳膊。弄了白白的一层，等他们自然吸收。
