1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

5 Q s# i) I; }6 x B 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.7 F) J3 z( ^1 s' Q
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

Fees

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are; u5 E1 l, q* @6 O4 H- i8 {

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your: i/ Z. C- C8 n) F0 x0 G
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

2 e" ]5 S0 v3 A3 |3 j5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
T$ f. k. m: Z5 M the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as# {" O, w5 E2 N8 e9 R
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

7 p H5 k y, d6 |0 k* d; v+ A6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously9 t5 f; }0 t; e0 Q0 l
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
0 n: c8 P3 b7 I+ ` All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at! ~6 ~8 I- y- K* C* f- `# a
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
! [; ^ R8 S& b J7 g: k: A for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
3 P5 b( c8 j, \& z$ d the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you. v( j3 e( ]3 \; Z% Z" d
into the campground.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

Changes and cancellations before check-in

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)
* |- }( b# c6 y on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.+ d/ }1 F4 z3 @7 C
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You% O g1 c8 \' \! P# V Z
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you5 |( J; }& s& K

- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
: h& ~0 c" ?: V7 B- ?/ X! \, E4 {9 p you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
! u. E3 {0 N" A0 t) o* X$ n4 H reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before- k7 ^, ^$ e4 y: v
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to- F2 I9 m9 d7 |5 z& N; `9 p
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be' Q- v+ S. B- C9 f6 V9 }+ g- X- W
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
% ~1 J% b: u' {; d' I+ X# h is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the( j E. I& z: S9 V
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.803 H6 R5 g) W, j* E M
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
^: u: V% |2 S" Q, F4 z7 j5 k* D14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving( o. k% v. |0 m, \* E" W
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
/ C" W( U3 J$ N prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee1 ~/ v5 z; Q" C. y$ h
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please" O/ i+ C- o1 A7 j

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact

( w6 Y3 r O6 f* z16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
0 u- t; A; v$ m& V% D! R. X- [2 t If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your" {; n3 [# V% s/ P4 E3 \' ^& S* d
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two

your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."! e3 K# y5 E! ^& j
& L/ J6 m+ T7 B B When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

- L' l, r: e( v( U3 H7 M If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees
