5 G4 m" [0 W. S! J; YEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
7 q/ v- G3 {4 f" ~* I' Noperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
2 }* b3 v! z+ Kcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
) T7 a/ h& |6 ]' P3 B( ~7 r2 [the Store Manager.
/ |" K$ e! Y% N  tDuties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
' J, W5 M5 Y7 F- G4 F: j; z; G• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
* N8 L5 \" s% L5 w: ?& P( w! w+ x• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
% r4 N9 e  i! E$ O1 V* v& i% j. N• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age

2 m) S0 j% b% P. m" F: [• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
; y9 g5 K: q3 [& `- w* |• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
# O& \0 B- f, I0 Y1 m2 N• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

, M, B: k* N" i9 J1 ]2 ^7 b& ^• High School graduate
2 j8 r" U# a5 I3 n1 v- K" u• Criminal record check.
# K5 {" L8 |7 Z  V0 V7 ?$ Q• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
( U. [' u% x& C3 ]9 }0 ]changes in strategies
Working Conditions
• Fast paced environment
0 ^  D; K& F5 ^; r/ P0 \6 m7 L• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
3 k9 E% P1 R' ]- S# @• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
