4 @* l) T! E5 d: ZReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

# @7 e' f! T5 g  T3 b. OKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- q! R# n  u6 L1 S; ^        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
& s1 f, Z3 j! F        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

7 B: L: m( `& e: _QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
1 T" |1 K3 Z+ m+ {5 Y4 i•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
% J4 [( `" B6 D6 V  D) _2 p•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
. d+ W, r9 e3 U5 T•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
, M1 s. S2 {. B1 U•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
1 e; e1 @- o: j$ h; E•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
# U! t9 n" @7 \4 {1 n•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
: I8 k( F  k9 H4 }$ D2 }5 \: t•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
