Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
0 h' C9 P( y/ u; w0 m! r3 a(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
' p- x, ~/ W/ Q% tSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
% [# z4 b5 ^9 C+ Y/ l8 x6 c
$ e) I% O" g0 K  p# ZI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
! S( z5 I& m* m; x8 ebe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
4 }3 B; I( ?2 B% g. W  L1 jmonths, so it is still quite clean.

" Z$ g, g$ ]3 e  M9 d% ~You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
