Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
2 ~, M: y/ p4 p  i9 Yperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
5 F. X9 q6 a8 Q(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
: ^6 ]& e6 ]$ P/ LSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
: P$ P, w  W4 @9 @. ]30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
  j7 h+ O5 E' q4 k0 ]  umonths, so it is still quite clean.

% D( f' }8 e- QYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
  C5 R2 \! o2 q8 ]6 v$ ]* W& c( [after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
