1 `# V0 I% U1 kI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
% {7 X% y5 W! D, T, k6 O) j6 u0 O( tperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
1 a0 o2 m) `& {  C, N" |$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
3 y" a0 Q- Q& @/ J30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
8 k/ J" P4 j) y# Hmonths, so it is still quite clean.

lease required.
