刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
0 ]9 p) `' q# V) g! |9 j+ JTo apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话
我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
6 s  A+ J8 P* i我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
% |/ c' J- e$ P- B& U! J# v我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
) z' @3 H7 H" Wuniversity, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
0 L. l3 S# R. N+ ~status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.

! q  m+ V/ Q& ^, iThe second sentence means that even you are considered as an
( ]! U7 k5 r8 ~international student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you

我想请教一下，我要申请明年９月的研究生，我是现在申请好还是明年２月登陆后申请好呢？
如果我想申请５月的研究生能来得及吗？

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
