Recruit Participants

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy8 \9 C5 ?8 z; @1 ]& Y
- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities

- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

Proposal Creation

Project Evaluation

Qualifications for this Position

- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society
