The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to5 X0 {5 i1 O5 S! @

Click the the "Lan Settings" button ! a; ?$ N- T- c% N9 PRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"2 U ?: a* T) y( g% V# u" b

The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
