Responsibilities
: j. k8 g# J2 L' ]8 k Ensures a high degree of consistency for work produced throughout the project by establishing and promoting internal standards and practices related to the development of project schedules.

& x% L I# c. U7 dWorks with external engineering consultants to establish clear expectations regarding their scheduling practices and conducts routine audits to ensure a high level of compliance with those expectations. 4 m; J k9 X* U: \3 G6 }7 k( n

Establishes and maintains a general definition of functional stakeholder input required on the development of all project schedules.
; X. |+ K: R4 u Qualifications % [' [ x3 ~) P- n8 Z! h8 }
Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on projects directly related to the hydrocarbon pipeline or similar process industry. - {7 c& U' T2 h: F! T2 {* Z7 M' @
. P- w1 B' j3 _/ k5 NExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software. ; T9 v* E: m9 Z. Y3 g" O6 A, s

Ability to assess challenges to developing accurate and comprehensive project schedules and develop/implement appropriate strategies to resolve those challenges

Demonstrated project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills
