A hot water heater problem not electricity problem

/ w  m# w: e0 OHi, I have a hot water heater problem and need opinions. Any comments or clues will be welcome
- E6 U+ m! m5 O% e+ pI tried to fix a leaking problem of hot water from the kitchen faucet. I shut off the inlet main water valve and the valve under the sink. As the water should be completely stopped at this moment. But when I removed the cartridge from the faucet the hot water still runing out of the faucet. Why did this happen and what is the possible cause?
+ i+ p* ?  v0 Q  Y; F, f6 [2 G5 U7 kIs there something wrong with the pressure in the hot water tank? Does anybody know how to relieve the pressure inside the tank?

, R* u9 s. [  [+ oIf you only want to release the pressure at  hot water tank , you can look at side of the tank and you can find out a valve, that is what you were looking for
