Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb
N8 O) ~, r0 v$ p! B8 _) o. BThe gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then' W) W1 k1 L6 u U3 b1 }( L6 ]
The gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) 6 y! }( u6 g6 s$ C( L( P) d
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG: Y& [( |# m2 u- V
( m. e6 Z8 @+ A, b! E+ zOfficial gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29' c& Q) q# v. F5 M
