Edmonton周边有什么好玩儿的地方吗？

这个周末想和女朋友出去走走，但是因为刚来edmonton，也不知道周边有什么好玩的地方。大家有什么推荐吗？

now it is too cold to go anywhere.
the snow in the parks are not melted yet.
not far from edmonton there is an elk island park, only one hour's drive at most. you can try your luck there
