Prepare: 2 por hocks, chop chunk, 20 slice ginger without peel , 6 boil eggs without peel. sweet vinegar . (BAI ZHEN sweet vinegar is best, if you don't have that, you still can use Zhe Vinegar, Bai Vinegar and brown sugar )6 g/ b9 c5 ?2 O0 o
Bring all stuffs to boil by hight heat 10 mins, than cook by middle heat 20mins, ALL DONE!
