After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. ( Q A/ m% M" f. A; J
It is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.

The problem should be inside the bucket.

' T4 y! q9 o) `! Y4 G2 v" XWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.5 W* r: u! I; t0 V- }7 m" K) D
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.5 u( @0 @) I, u- ]9 y' R3 W
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.% X5 z8 }. j- |: u) l

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look. W& q7 w5 ?* P# V9 y+ s4 S
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.# I9 P/ l: [* l/ Q" L5 e
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
