Two cutler –hammer advantage starters are doing the same thing:# N$ W/ H- ^& X* `8 B
After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.
\+ [; ]% I& c8 V. ZIt is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
: ]9 J ^8 [6 PSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.; W8 y8 O5 e9 `& \9 l8 P- r5 _5 E
The problem should be inside the bucket.

* I8 t* t9 C2 f3 WWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
' s" Y% _, x. x, u# FUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
- a' w, d$ |) E" i. x6 a4 n8 BConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.5 E6 P* c. c: _5 o
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. & B( D5 q) h( u! t
