Position Responsibilities:( f# ~4 Q4 m" W& u! ^8 X
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! q& z" Z2 {3 ~( _: S/ p6 `•        Identification and replication of software defects  4 @; W+ h7 u, J# _4 ^$ B
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  4 X% v, p# \9 e/ U
•        Managing customer expectations
4 E, k. s' f  e; B- @•        Documentation of technical procedures
/ r& T4 g6 e- @; j, k% C5 N( l3 X•        Trouble shooting client network issues
  r! z# f! F& i( D- y. E' [6 \0 e•        Optimizing system configurations    l2 J5 O: {/ X3 A% T* t, T% I
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) . ?' E- H: M4 c5 S* B* c+ x0 r
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
, ?3 _& s. s8 z2 v& c  X1 k# g•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. + {! O4 @7 q3 }7 v8 d. @' `. X+ Y
•        Site services worldwide 8 U) Z; O, @  W( |7 Y" c1 D
•        System training
9 \; t; `( g. o# r% @$ Z& u+ K•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required3 a8 K# m9 x4 E2 @, i4 n' v
•        Customer service skills # C0 Q" e, t4 S) V- R% q) Z
•        Technical writing skills
7 w3 l- L" I& o•        C++ development skills $ n' _9 H& G, `0 U8 U& m
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.& A& W7 w" u  n" ]
•        Network trouble shooting skills 2 r' ^( v' Y* w7 u
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 2 R0 C3 N0 m* R  ~1 G$ s0 M
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
% f) G1 B5 Q9 G- c! W•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
