• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* J3 h* v: K2 d# Q7 t4 G• Identification and replication of software defects
; ]% B0 q; b" ^ C• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients $ V8 H. v6 L& m9 P
• Managing customer expectations
