Position Responsibilities:( f# ~4 Q4 m" W& u! ^8 X
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! q& z" Z2 {3 ~( _: S/ p6 `• Identification and replication of software defects 4 @; W+ h7 u, J# _4 ^$ B
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 4 X% v, p# \9 e/ U
• Managing customer expectations
4 E, k. s' f e; B- @• Documentation of technical procedures
/ r& T4 g6 e- @; j, k% C5 N( l3 X• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) . ?' E- H: M4 c5 S* B* c+ x0 r
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• System training

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
