Position Responsibilities:
5 H0 F" ] I, |3 u• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
: d/ ?3 F( x% F' V' n& i2 g- e5 R• Identification and replication of software defects $ N3 ^. ^ Y, b: o- ~+ X4 E
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
! h( `4 c7 r( M4 ]! z6 f# k+ K• Managing customer expectations
8 N$ F& i: j0 [4 J& p9 R T+ _• Documentation of technical procedures 9 t3 G4 T2 Y- }8 f% K
• Trouble shooting client network issues 7 j2 K6 r/ |/ N" T
• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills 0 G1 z7 c0 }9 x4 x# _

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
