•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. K5 O  L5 k2 Y& ]/ Z
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
7 K: T+ P& E1 u2 A9 h•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
/ F3 ~/ n3 p: \) f. W: J* v. s8 h•        Managing customer expectations 4 O* L; C2 v8 k3 ^' M, t6 W) H
•        Documentation of technical procedures 4 ~% O, h. y" N7 v# a) j, K
•        Trouble shooting client network issues / G. V6 }8 g2 K9 B4 S0 r/ C, I/ k* x
•        Optimizing system configurations  4 B1 Y* r* p: {
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
; n# }/ U9 C% I7 T' H; y, L/ S•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Site services worldwide

Skills and Knowledge Required
. t, }* V7 h4 |4 u: Z6 g  P•        Customer service skills
3 r/ \) L) m; o* v2 u•        Technical writing skills
% T$ Y% l. Y% y0 \/ l5 R•        C++ development skills + d4 |4 D* U: q- K5 M' D
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.  I! @! ]" L5 K0 C
•        Network trouble shooting skills * x9 h& p( y. o
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills # E6 d7 u$ ]/ j+ A/ B3 x
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
7 n( K( v) B( H" i3 {" |•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
  W" C* U: R0 ^6 {* n" _•        Technical degree or diploma
- M* T% Y) b' j) l9 F( m•        2 years experience in a technical support role
