•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* J3 h* v: K2 d# Q7 t4 G•        Identification and replication of software defects  
; ]% B0 q; b" ^  C•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ V8 H. v6 L& m9 P
•        Managing customer expectations
3 Z8 f9 F3 @1 Y; I% E0 @6 {•        Documentation of technical procedures
( O. y- F, @( j5 G" o) K4 c7 a$ V•        Trouble shooting client network issues
% @3 g( e# X! Q9 p' {•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ' d5 S- o# V) d( B. z1 w  {4 C
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. $ ^$ d. B' b, y- U9 u& M/ K! S

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required

2 G* w. ~1 G! e•        Technical writing skills

, O' T9 H0 D# q; ^! q# H2 d8 T0 `6 m•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills / g" X2 U2 v- H
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Technical degree or diploma
