Position Responsibilities:
  Y: y0 P% ~9 t4 \# P8 i$ W2 I, ?•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
: [- C7 x3 Y8 Z) a1 E•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
( W+ Y, C  T% |# v# q  |! V7 w•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
0 K  h1 U# I& |* O•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Technical writing skills

% Z# h' [% ~4 t7 ?  h2 b* s* p. K  ^•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
