Position Responsibilities:* l# b9 {1 w3 l/ C
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control  Q6 I2 g2 p/ |; r3 {- v- x# L% N
•        Identification and replication of software defects  1 x/ `/ M! z& p
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
  H% t) U  K" c7 U: A•        Managing customer expectations + n) s6 i$ s/ l2 p, z: l
•        Documentation of technical procedures 8 B; a9 D" d: w+ C1 i
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
7 c7 |! }: C  o: E' g6 Y& C" U•        Optimizing system configurations  % f7 K. V& N, v. j
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 1 r' P  N5 A1 d/ ~$ M/ D/ e
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.8 _6 q% P/ N! ~  F5 w- T+ H
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
