Position Responsibilities:. Z0 s( e5 b' V; d$ v& Y: r
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 @5 G. S" z, F& g: N' r: ?• Identification and replication of software defects
* P" q" @9 ~: [4 _/ d( w5 h0 j+ b• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
" z' v! o: U* G: @% f• Managing customer expectations - c# b6 u/ y8 |7 d
• Documentation of technical procedures 5 Y. @6 {* A* f
• Trouble shooting client network issues
* H- w3 c: N& i• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ; ]- h" W% t' ?/ s

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
