• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 K, [8 S* s$ W3 E. [• Identification and replication of software defects
* x5 Y0 B( s' U4 D• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
4 h8 W2 ?: B: [1 z7 v• Managing customer expectations
6 `2 Z, g* V4 H q7 ^6 s* l• Documentation of technical procedures
* R' W7 D7 o9 ?• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required

• C++ development skills

Experience and Education
