•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 @5 G. S" z, F& g: N' r: ?•        Identification and replication of software defects  
* P" q" @9 ~: [4 _/ d( w5 h0 j+ b•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
" z' v! o: U* G: @% f•        Managing customer expectations - c# b6 u/ y8 |7 d
•        Documentation of technical procedures 5 Y. @6 {* A* f
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
* H- w3 c: N& i•        Optimizing system configurations  
, D% ?7 u* S- @0 [7 _•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : T/ Y+ Z1 \; Z0 t0 D
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ; ]- h" W% t' ?/ s

•        Site services worldwide

Skills and Knowledge Required
. O- q; ]. ~% V•        Customer service skills
9 }$ R/ _. h( P1 n' b•        Technical writing skills
' Z' m3 W- U4 C. J2 Y+ y•        C++ development skills ( `& J3 g3 r9 Z! p4 o* \5 J
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills + q. ^4 b" o) n& ~" ?
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments . n; w- O' D$ G; M6 k4 x; X
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
