• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 s: O2 k1 i! {( k6 X' O2 Z1 Y/ U/ S• Identification and replication of software defects + I( ^6 S7 h- `/ r6 \& r$ ]7 C
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
* b. M& Z2 `/ ?: Z& |4 S• Managing customer expectations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
