紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

; o5 b  q+ h2 |+ M! {我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
+ J, j7 K- Z4 \  T% ]9 Z( d" z7 gproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

不懂，帮顶，等明白的大侠弄清楚吧，别听realtor的，问清楚再做决定。

个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如
$ @9 ^7 P; l+ ]% r1 T5 g果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.

not approving, do not buy it.
