紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

- I5 T( r* g, h$ O8 d' _房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
# I! L- x3 T( ]6 H. ^- |4 n, C8 Wproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

+ i! |; \: R7 B% S: u我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如
果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
After the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
