紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
! k4 Z: {& T* ~8 P房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
/ R7 `& a/ Q& ~; r% E- Aproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

% C2 n1 r0 z3 G  E7 G( a9 [  J" t果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
9 d2 p' q' x2 @1 ?  iAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
