紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

* x9 |. l, b7 C9 b& Z: r我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
9 b; X6 a& U6 l1 p( z! \房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
1 i5 V4 N- ?7 K! [8 l* |* Uproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

& w6 }; a4 |  ~我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

我的realtor说：没有关系，不影响买卖，那个区房子都是这样的。
* f0 C; Z. e- J/ K" \3 d5 {' f但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

个人理解，none confirming letter 和 none approval letter还是有区别的。如
" M; q! _. Y: F& f' T1 @果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
After the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
' _0 ?; W* K! k( b0 s. R0 Cnot approving, do not buy it.
