To qualify for an Alberta Qualification Certificate based on work experience, a person must:6 q L' u1 t9 y
7 b, f& k/ }6 i& B9 w' G* Nhave at least 8,775 hours and 72 months of ‘hands-on’ work experience as an electrician + B3 Q, h+ [- a% ^4 y
Time spent on supervisory or foreman duties, counter work, heading the tool crib, or on a training course is NOT counted as ‘hands-on’ work experience.
