3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely

! I% S7 P) l8 j$ O7 u5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Milk 130ml

sugar 40g+30g4 v- O# a1 d& V/ t
vanilla extract 1/2tsp# N2 K! n* d M3 o$ }( }0 q

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
+ d1 R _% r% m- a$ X. Y& n9 H/ ], T2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
0 l* s& F$ m: l) r% A+ j% N3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)0 V2 L4 u2 K" j& y$ J v* M
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well6 r8 j5 g' l' b) k# V& F/ F
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water
