1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
2 }8 M. R( k5 c ]9 B2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.- r% L$ D' w* l! K3 G/ U- Q0 V
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
t* x- O. }3 a$ c+ |8 w4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)# O9 ?- K$ K! b- R6 q" p1 ]
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled

3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
: ^: m# I" C W. _% W+ j. D4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well: j6 ]8 X2 j; Q* s) X
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

有蛋白就會比較凝固( L% W& j d$ J* l3 N2 Y, B
第一種做出來有一半超好吃
) y, d: S1 S2 u$ P8 b" l& s下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
