It's euro cars top lease list, where "top" is a verb, meaning "sit at the top at". 7 p- y% v, d& h* g( G- C* n7 ^

Look at this link from Business Week. The list is identical, except that it's properly titled "America’s Most-Leased Cars". And guess what, euro cars are on the top of it.
