请教一个过节上班工作double的问题

朋友在subway上班，老板然他圣诞节上班，他平常的工资是9.5每小时，但老板说圣诞节double后不是9.5直接乘2，而是13.5每小时。

可是我在safeway打工时double就是直接乘2，有懂的朋友指点一下吗？谢谢。
