0 N* B' \- Z/ A5 i5 P; R7 gThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.
