, h1 _# B( ~* c7 e" PThe Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Heinz Canada are warning parents about ‘Heinz Mixed Cereal, Stage 2, From 6 Months’. The best before date codes located on the top left hand corner of the package are ‘BB/MA 10 DE 26’ and ‘BB/MA 10 DE 29’.& d% ^( [2 `# o$ Q. L' L k
No illnesses have been reported from consuming the cereal. Heinz Canada says that the cereal may contain elevated levels of Ochratoxin A (OTA). 9 L1 `# K, v$ Q6 t

In a news release, CFIA says Ochratoxin A is a mycotoxin produced by fungi that can grow in food such as grains, grapes and coffee beans and has been classified by as a possible human carcinogen.
