The deadline for submitting our bid to Canadian Heritage was November 30, 2009. Edmonton EXPO 2017 submitted its bid to the Province of Alberta and Canadian Heritage by this deadline. 9 i1 t0 ^! v+ j. O% y! J* s
The Canadian bid city decision is expected in spring 2010. " z$ b, `' r' D H
The international competition follows. The earliest Canada can submit its bid is in June 2011. . [3 _- l0 E) e3 o1 O9 w1 Y7 [The host city will be voted on by members of the International Exhibitions Bureau in the fall of 2012. ( b2 ?3 A7 y. d7 N. u' {
