院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

, F" s/ R& j* ?! c, m3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
6 m+ L( V8 A: x! d/ o! s6 q1 cup water 250 ml ) [& Z. H' ?* ~/ u. U
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
* g; a m, G ?' [7 c8 O1/2 cup sugar 125 ml - {7 X$ j2 i* z) g0 I+ M
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
