院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

1 cup water 250 ml & _/ v6 d1 F$ \+ F6 f+ [* a, Y$ \. {; k
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
% J) c; K& ?& ^: m0 {1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 1 v" b' C0 G- e; u- n
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ' T6 L! G4 n2 p+ W9 T. M [

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.( j$ o' J; [$ M; i( H) q
