1 cup water 250 ml
/ `6 }% M) G* i' @) {2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

8 f* \% `1 z& YPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
