院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
3 _8 M J8 x, A6 I6 b1 cup water 250 ml
0 ^% U* ` a- H) f2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml * ~5 x$ K, M' B* m+ x5 W
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml # m3 Q u: |9 i9 d9 ~
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
