* Both parents, or one parent and one caregiver of infants under six months of age;7 _' h9 Q1 l/ V/ V4 d1 ]6 }
* Children under 10 as of November 1 with chronic health conditions (e.g. diabetes);
* p0 t0 Z7 D1 _ Z+ ?% _0 @ * Children over six months and under five years as of November 1; and$ _. K/ j. k3 z" }" x7 I
* Pregnant women. 4 \0 V( ^5 X! q
