available, including signs and symptoms of influenza and what you should/ r6 ?) W" X& w
do in the event that you find yourself ill.

In this and any flu season, it is important to take responsibility for

, n+ M1 [1 p( f, }8 X% {contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and. P; F A% y; `. p
doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
% V* v7 `" G+ c7 _( Jthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.# {; \1 G5 t) I, Z" @
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your
' w3 Q: ~3 t" O- R0 Z$ Bcough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta4 a; ?! {" w" S" n
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of
( A9 L+ A+ h% g8 v7 J4 w' i9 cinfection.
