C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
8 |, A" W& {0 M3 w# v" m; e•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
  {6 o3 L, _' @/ }" E% z$ _•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
6 ^5 N/ w& \" C+ r0 \9 K•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
+ V' S$ h% P3 P•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
3 |: }% `: r' M0 _) P' ~( S& H•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
$ t4 E; m4 d7 lMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
1 b) K) r4 f2 ~1 ~" |( D1 b•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
4 h2 S& G9 S6 S4 z( c5 m•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
5 z$ z3 H7 G4 o$ Z7 x. O- R; N& oDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
