C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
1 M% \0 F( E, N+ z% s6 r8 k- G1 gDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
, S. u! J6 Q9 K3 d5 r•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
" O3 X0 u4 p9 {•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
4 ?+ W' b% M* S3 x1 \•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
' r% ^3 _9 q. r) H6 iMandatory Requirements:
! b! a- K8 n* J•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
: w* S# x$ e5 y4 t' a- M•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
$ c: x7 X) e" Y: `6 ?$ t•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
! Q" C# r9 G! |$ J& t  |4 D( e•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
5 b9 O# p8 f2 y7 f# g7 fDesirable Requirements:
5 C5 Y1 f# v% w7 F3 r•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
