C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
9 o* W) t7 v- fDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
% j1 I* Y5 g, h- T•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
7 b! P& U! S; o  O•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
* S% L7 v1 j  H  ?3 h4 u•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
) G$ k4 ^% f9 R4 C•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
' B1 T4 x8 w) Z" s' N" V6 g) I•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
9 g$ J7 `7 g9 k. HMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
* ^0 c4 Y+ `% E# U3 }+ M•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
" |9 @* A* K( q8 s* U6 K) X& u$ e! ?" J•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
; f! U; D; t$ N1 i•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
1 p) a! @$ J0 y% T•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
6 \! f+ ~* ^8 \& u+ T0 M$ p8 R5 Z6 [•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
! D2 N& [- `& \# p0 s/ e. N•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
