C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
1 a6 {% w5 f# x+ N  a  z' a•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
$ r" j1 ~0 ^9 Y1 b+ G9 e: n5 A" w•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
; g; O" `3 U3 C' Y6 W•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
6 G6 {/ W+ o! I' |•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
/ C9 ]7 N" L4 Y•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
' v& I# W& M- s: A* a: r9 n9 z•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
! R+ L. s1 i  w  m2 `4 Y2 z; t* H•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
3 C& E. d  y6 i( r2 u•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
, F( a8 l2 M5 D) \' c6 W. G- }•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
, n: T; j2 X2 {& `5 \) @  {•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
& B. [1 v2 L% H6 s" E) O•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
$ P- R% m# p  ?+ _' l( i$ a•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ N0 \( T1 g& Z- ]0 \•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
+ I$ E$ a0 Q! S' k) K•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
