C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
/ @* P, ^2 V% a0 A' Y* ?& L( t$ jDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
3 k; e- Z+ i3 O- v7 v•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
1 k/ f6 P" x+ U% M  V- p•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
- @# g# s/ Q. v! D: ?1 ], b" E•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
6 K' j" L3 {+ v7 i•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
& n! H9 V. `3 U6 o•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
  G7 Z2 M( x- m" d1 c& j& [2 ^Mandatory Requirements:
* q7 b/ r+ o0 R•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
) f) t6 K6 i  t$ K( m6 l$ z•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
5 t; Z4 a& K" U1 ?! t- O2 q•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
# b, ]6 a/ A: y6 wDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
