C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
: L, j4 Z" Y' O9 c4 BDuties:
8 g* C$ `4 H/ s7 f  @, R# S•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
5 ~6 z6 {  h/ E" c1 d% i  G•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 D" ~( C, H0 T- z7 \1 j+ L•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
3 L1 E4 M0 I( A+ Z$ D0 o•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
2 X/ c/ i2 }; h5 N9 I•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
6 o6 x" P: \  I7 B•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
* ~/ L  ^  b, C( T" m7 A•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
+ C9 E/ d- Q# _, R6 O# P7 {& Q•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
* r8 Q( c* `( M  J' {•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
: B' y" e+ O3 {" ^•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
0 G* ?7 b' H& Q( f; L•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
$ i0 J3 |, W  R5 w( z' I•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
3 F$ N& l8 ^7 B" d& B/ C0 \6 E  `•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
: P/ {. J% J$ y) r7 ~9 z6 }* J/ k% n•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
1 y  i$ @, m  _! E5 n•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
