2 K [2 }8 J* o+ n• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.* o, X6 P7 R* E9 `
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
$ k- J2 X7 e& V3 P% ]• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.# l/ F8 m; P9 S I* Z% c# A$ C

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.: y3 o+ t# ]7 l6 N: o

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
3 a \% `! \! Q2 n, z/ v& i• 3-5 years of related administrative experience( N; M; Q; J9 S
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater& `* w/ @+ R( i1 e b4 n
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
