0 `1 ~- S: r# i% g• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.7 q4 H$ F5 W" p. p' k6 q: O
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.) r* |8 N0 g& W+ _) i: w) E# Q3 C+ o
• SAP match reporting and monthly management% R$ T6 j! K+ Z/ f  I
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
$ D; P& c+ z5 v• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.* }5 v5 _4 w7 U5 I
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
5 h. r, m5 k# @+ `0 y• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.6 L! o0 X' d- L
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
/ L% U4 l) A( Z) Q0 P* I) x• Order business cards as required.
/ n+ `  u# g5 n( v: w• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)4 U) m5 \) j9 V
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
/ ^% I4 h1 }6 e# r$ L  K# T, W  d; z• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
; N8 z7 Y4 V) X. S- {• Vacation relief for other administrative staff./ `* ~2 U; `' _1 r* T9 `
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training' `% @, l. Q3 n; D
- Z/ }; T5 E, b6 R* X

Education / Experience: Y, z1 ~7 e0 w# a! ^9 n7 K; M+ J
• Grade 12 or equivalent2 b' q$ z9 L2 R! N" I5 x
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
  y) F, d3 C" j+ i8 Y5 f7 L• 3-5 years of related administrative experience% ~6 F5 W1 U* y
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater& {- M3 J8 Y% ^0 O# V
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
+ b) V% `  r8 W+ e- ^! A• Attention to detail is required. 5 ~( N" f0 \3 {' J" v
• High level of customer service skills is a must.& R( b; D" p- z/ J
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.7 P$ [/ S  ~, @. \) ^' N
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.
