• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.: K; `% @9 p7 e) e+ N' B6 z' t
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
# v6 i; v( r* e4 [• SAP match reporting and monthly management: d# M8 j' _ [2 s' O) W5 I
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.+ @ r3 S5 Y3 [/ `
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
