plan that would become known as "EuroEnglish".

/ q& \  @1 }) }, jIn the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make
! e0 h* k' R8 _( W" J" ]the sivil servants jump with joy.

2 U8 N1 y7 P6 u. m" B/ QThe hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up
konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the
( Z, n& t; l* Vtroublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like
fotograf 20% shorter.

( T6 ?1 a( ^9 xIn the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to
reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

$ {! g3 I2 a  i- }( z1 eGovernments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always
ben a deterent to akurate speling.
