9 W: H# X9 C# `6 @& m7 F2 e9 k) N2 lplan that would become known as "EuroEnglish".

) v% c  R" y5 N9 [In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make
" e+ C1 D  K! U9 W& @0 pthe sivil servants jump with joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up
konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is
