This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
; s2 L. @2 q' p• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
3 E5 R, D8 {( ?5 Z• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
+ j% W& ?1 Z: W; _8 v$ R• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
; Q' {1 M' u  h4 U- Z) I. N7 s• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.


& i$ A, v' [7 ?0 s5 D2 ^4 nEducation / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
% d* y" S3 K5 X' T+ F• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
* K8 E' c7 l. Z• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
9 Y% q7 w( T' ?- k% j: P0 `• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
