The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.. d3 ~9 v" a6 y4 V
8 E- O8 j0 i$ H) W: w" \We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.: k: \0 ?7 ]9 g) A

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations 9 N' `$ S- o/ q. `
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings - d4 J8 F7 x+ t! s8 ?9 u7 ]
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ( X# h) L8 e0 s+ Y7 B# m
• Promoting TBL products and services
0 R8 J5 u: U% ]• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 0 E- j% d. y1 w& @# R7 T( V* h4 b
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables & V" F2 I2 {5 s
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
, Y; c \ b7 j6 B• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
% y' E" c2 C, f z3 K• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
, W+ g8 w9 e$ C7 S2 B! O- P4 P3 f• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.% S b: x( r7 K( B/ D
