The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.- U. % J' [. r+ n" M# e# C% RWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.+ w& v' O- D( H: i1 s& B9 D

! M8 I# k. J* [* x4 d•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations / ?( B# Z7 H9 p: D, I
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
, B7 _/ M) @& l•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach . X+ v5 q" q8 D# H2 p. I7 K' K6 w! ~7 E9 P
•        Promoting TBL products and services   e# e& I0 V- ~* i  k
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
" }1 {+ B7 G: p; q•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables ) w4 T$ h9 o4 ]5 C0 q: i
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta : G0 y! d2 K# p. T4 K
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
3 L; j' [5 \6 v" O•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

8 m( ]9 h4 V( K! T: x
- C1 P: g' e: M" k•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 8 Y  k9 `" J' j: [! B* v! Z
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling( }0 [+ A% L% K+ o
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. C( X! s) }' `9 g
        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions
& |: W. s$ H1 f1 ~* w) |9 o% q) ~8 {        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization) P8 }* X# A% V0 c( F$ j0 x- E, h
        Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
