We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
& z# z, P! z% U$ r% B, |• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings & f" H8 S( T& i7 b7 J
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
! b3 }8 V8 L5 W+ i, {• Promoting TBL products and services # a0 f) ?3 L2 C8 b p
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
& C0 m2 S( H9 g! z• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables : B. p, k- V& R% e
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta % Y0 K3 N; P3 v9 D4 {( F
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
1 m7 s$ R! w7 F6 W• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ( F5 t6 k- S6 o( [7 ~( m% g
• Arranging catering for various meetings 9 R) o, w& i8 b; k
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office - M- Z4 h+ U0 n4 O* h1 F* _+ `( U
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience
