Job Description:
# T. n' Q, d; q1 F* eSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
# F  I1 e6 O  H$ Q, }Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
. w8 w/ J' j: T" WMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. Y$ r! z# B0 r% M! w( c; W" OPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
7 r; Z$ J! D$ y$ b  s% dHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

3 X; @; |6 c# {4 ~$ u         Completion of secondary school is required
