We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

4 l. A. F: N; S& Y# i* |        University Degree, or
8 D# @" m5 f5 F& I& S0 k% b6 ^- K        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
5 `0 q; C* J; P8 a        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( Q( ~! `* [  _: g5 ?1 m        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
! c+ p' j, j. N8 P        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
: `* d% m5 X$ |9 X3 H1 `' |        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
' N4 o. ?+ }+ o; s; E        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
