We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
: O2 [' W0 V0 y, ~1 c1 v: Z" B# y. y        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

- t7 K  z  i! }- h  Q. F$ `% u5 a        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
4 x. z/ L$ d$ R( p: L, f4 z8 N1 O        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( e- N% x+ x/ \! @! m0 N7 _& G6 W        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
