, P" H4 }' f0 l' _: T) [We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
" m% Q) ~: M0 N( a9 f        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
- u. N& b' P  s; v! a        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

& i- N+ B: A) Q# lOther requirements:
" R) f( }  \1 g& j$ z        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
0 \  E, C# L" a& E  _0 v( _        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
  ?2 }9 ]6 C0 G7 d8 D" [5 O7 N( Z, K        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
: A1 h( j. g# S+ A, `        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
3 a% [7 V) W9 |* H- b! A        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
