We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

- h+ V. @$ Q/ \0 R" UEducational requirement:  
' {! K( T6 I1 u& i        University Degree, or
  \) l9 F8 N% w        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
" a6 j. \5 q2 _" K& ?; H        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

: A9 _# T5 k9 \( L1 S- J8 AOther requirements:
5 C3 }; U5 B5 k- k' y        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( ?* m2 ]( a& t4 M/ v1 Q( d        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
6 s  F7 }# F* t1 g7 U0 L        Procurement and service contract management;
0 i0 T( b- m1 f- k% Q& d, C- I        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
6 B4 [: M( t, g$ {6 }1 d" {        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
