Educational requirement:  
, T! u. B0 U" b! C        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
8 e* x" \" C- x+ ^6 Y        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
0 m+ z, E3 T7 C9 i7 M+ T        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
' r* t, w' C+ n) }- \$ K        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
. \2 O$ z1 I7 {& K9 J* z9 f        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
