We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
3 w0 P+ l0 `5 \& C: t1 ?        University Degree, or
) B$ o5 O# o! f  Z+ Q  y        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

& I. O! U* B" e  {        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
6 a9 c& L) h9 V  N        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
1 {! C  L) E# {. w2 ]! k! V7 ]        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
