Job Duties / Responsibilities
-Familiarize with the assigned process units
( {& c7 h& _# e) M+ z) {-Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
-Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
-Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
& Q; ?# \3 Z5 }$ U) I7 o$ H-Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
-Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
& v" y6 @, l8 P7 f7 T* E+ N7 D-Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
