"acupuncture" means the stimulation of an acupuncture point on or near the surface of the body by the insertion of needles to normalize physiological functions or the flow of Chi for the treatment of discomfort of the body and means the techniques of needle acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, acupressure and moxibustion;
