Job Duties / Responsibilities

) M; H) C+ x* M2 [7 r: j, z3 c• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
; ?0 p9 V8 _' r2 K( bdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
4 @, y4 v  d  k+ @• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
& _2 c0 ~) B0 i1 kplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
1 I' s1 v% \0 J1 \• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
7 V$ h, |9 u" M* s. G5 f• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
- u% k( |' I2 R' l• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
( M. ]- V4 T% i' @7 _• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
; v+ ~8 `; e9 J( [; x- V* o5 S• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
0 {- z5 q1 `5 X7 X& ?9 F• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
. K& X) a; f5 y  Q• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
/ p& K  T, M: g* {' N• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
* _/ ~% i5 P5 s7 Gresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
) |6 N* R1 V" k• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
  [2 @, L; k- ~' {0 F• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

8 W( x  C( [9 B3 P• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
3 s9 n" c( v6 w• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
" \! N- U- `& N* }& H• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
! Q+ n: O; E( }+ x, A# o* C! Q• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

3 Y" F7 e/ A1 V( ~# Q2 O+ T- E0 [Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
4 X3 r& @& k8 {6 I. P- l. o• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
/ S+ O1 j9 i  L4 F, z• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
! R' g% Q9 M! I& u; e; S/ G• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
: o; `) `2 K! R" n3 t6 ]  }• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
