Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
5 E" S2 x) M- R• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Preserves materials.
$ ^( ~" P/ y$ ]- c$ W3 A/ P& Z: B. e• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
+ Z0 Q4 |% r9 [- z6 \• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
7 f/ T- P: K4 S1 z• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
) ~4 \( i! Q* j' y• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
; f4 [/ x0 U' ?# X+ L- n• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
5 {9 G* c4 ^5 h) M  f' I$ }' u• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
( e% D0 \" K- z! C, t6 X& ]  b• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
2 M: \3 n6 z, M; }$ K. E4 x+ D• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
% }9 G: R  t  X/ U+ G1 V+ r4 g( iresolution.
( Z) n$ i( u  e+ J6 O0 s$ B• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
7 R+ M3 V6 ]+ }( t/ N. q• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
2 {8 ^/ l( o, a; ^1 o, }. I: n• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
; D6 Y/ {: T- c, R4 \# B• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
9 u: H" X" \  a• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
9 v" e( E5 N  ~& C5 j6 }• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
2 f: N* j4 W, n5 b( ]% f7 I4 ]1 w• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
+ n8 W: b5 B) k' H" V; F• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

5 E: r! C7 T% QEducation / Experience
1 p2 U. f1 V1 S5 K• Grade 12 / GED.
" t/ r' h' u, S  _! ^• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 r1 d) J* d* ?4 i( j• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
1 r/ J( H+ g* U• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
7 n/ d) z3 `& ~) _& L5 s5 j5 Z( s% z• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
