Job Duties / Responsibilities

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.+ I# t3 Y" E& H6 `. F0 d7 j
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 9 S5 n4 v# P0 G3 s! h$ S
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. & U$ L, {: I4 r4 y1 x3 L/ }3 ]
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
4 b+ W/ P8 {2 K) S, I |• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
0 r9 ?$ J# Q1 V1 e/ r8 K• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.2 U. l+ u+ |' C$ s( W
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
6 O' `$ A/ v7 G3 y( Y$ l• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
( F. H$ {9 p: P8 ?; G- d• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.: ^4 |) Q8 v* Y3 h! g
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
: O7 m- T! n1 s• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.2 y* [0 C! M2 N3 W# J
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
7 m/ j2 C; N" }: F• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

resolution.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
3 {# l4 V' G# k• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
5 W0 T- j X4 M# ?+ U, K+ _6 i• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 2 W# t0 R5 p, T7 _8 g) e0 K' s+ k
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
6 |$ f( E# F( ^- u" K• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment & q/ e% C0 T6 h. I7 L+ x* _
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
) T* M' Q8 E6 v. p• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.& i7 h$ |' e, Y
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
& `8 @9 M; Y4 N) m% t6 b$ _• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. ! P# q% H4 n5 Y$ K* p0 f

Education / Experience
7 }( e0 n- i) {: J, Q6 D• Grade 12 / GED.
0 i! ^! C: g# w• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. * F! k3 v& }4 ~
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. # ? [) Z# q5 q- o M
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
3 z, \/ a* A" g4 i" P• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
; l( M' ?7 `8 u% L• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.4 ~3 x% o* Q+ j
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
