• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.

• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

& p4 R. T. z$ \3 ]; T1 l• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
~4 Y) e, r8 Z9 r& Q9 m% K( j6 D• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 0 d* j g+ K$ M
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
0 n: `5 {2 p5 A1 C+ G0 k• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.9 Z( P2 m: E! @+ z& z
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.' W4 M& V# x( L, o B/ }1 H" `
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for) J1 e- ? _- E4 P) j6 ~# v

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user./ q: X6 }& [( z
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
8 W* H2 ~- d/ M0 k• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
7 x4 `9 I$ W' \6 r4 Q+ K• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.* Z# ^9 m% ~- d# f3 @9 T
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products./ I$ [) Z) ]- `7 S
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 7 P3 Z# ]# X5 b% j L2 o) t9 [
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 2 q3 M- o7 x8 C1 @
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 9 r9 a$ ~6 Q/ v" }! n4 M
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.0 r! J+ |# b: Z; T! E) D
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
. e* f& g4 c9 G. f6 Q' D• Grade 12 / GED.
$ t. @& ]) `- Z/ P2 y2 S• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 2 b# \& [5 X7 R& u' d
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
8 S7 j, W( k: y: X• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ! u% a2 o/ w' {' v1 m
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 4 K" J0 t9 U `/ W3 W
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
% C3 | s2 J4 U+ I• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
