- Q* I9 G# y3 t1 i6 @' b• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
5 p2 @0 U  y0 g3 b1 V, q% @7 Q• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
) i8 N' Z6 l" f; {* |: qdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
  B# n  I2 T0 Z) ~6 H• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
( `2 K4 j, J/ }& q- S• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
# F* s2 t+ ?# B; ]5 d8 V  P• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
* D6 M9 l' b( \' j4 {- ]3 w" l• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
& p4 R. T. z$ \3 ]; T1 l• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
  ~4 Y) e, r8 Z9 r& Q9 m% K( j6 D• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
0 n: `5 {2 p5 A1 C+ G0 k• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
4 A4 Y2 C3 {8 `: U' z' R- w5 q% `• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
$ k6 _) w+ ?3 O- W• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
8 W* H2 ~- d/ M0 k• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
7 x4 `9 I$ W' \6 r4 Q+ K• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
0 J& z/ F7 C3 S, n5 J; `% Q0 a) Z• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
7 O( Z1 A8 u/ i• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
- S! A8 P4 m* f9 K7 G3 m6 E• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
. e* f& g4 c9 G. f6 Q' D• Grade 12 / GED.
$ t. @& ]) `- Z/ P2 y2 S• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
8 S7 j, W( k: y: X• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
% C3 |  s2 J4 U+ I• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
